reviews and more. This is one of the few website I visit everyday.

offers you only great stuff (web sites, scripts, resources, manuals,
tutorials, articles, forums, ...) for webmasters and web developers. Tons
of resources sorted in many categories. All sites with small reviews and
rating.

has different forums of interest to webdevelopers. Such topics as website
development, programming languages and internet marketing are discussed.
Webmonkey
has a large library of articles on all aspects of website design.
Online tutorials on html, graphics, javascript, databases, e-commerce and
more.
ZDNet has a
vast library of information on web design & development and computers
in general. Be sure to check out their newsletter subscription area
where you can choose from 30 different newsletters for your favorite
topic.
CGI Scripts
Cgi scripts allow you to do all those cool
interactive things websites need these days. Online forms, bulletin
boards, setting cookies, random image generators as just a fraction of the
things that are possible due to cgi scripts.

cost or even free .
